It was one of those nights. You know the one where you go to bed so tired and worn out. Then you are up at 1:30 with the baby. Forty-five minutes later, you finally crawl back into bed. Then, at 3:30, you hear the baby again. This time you are up for two hours. You know how it goes. Of course, the rest of your children decide today is a great day to beat the rooster awake. The Empty Cup
As a child, I remember hearing the ministers saying, "We have come to church to have our cups filled." Did anyone else hear that?? An adult now, I had the picture in my mind that I come to church with a empty cup, hear God's Word preached and leave with a full cup, ready for the week. The Beginning of Learning the Little Lessons
A long time ago, God asked me to start this little blog. I didn't. I was fearful and put it off. Today, my devotional was speaking of teaching our kids to listen and obey the FIRST time.
